    Strawberry-Kiwi Margarita

    Rob is back again with another Sunday happy hour cocktail. This time it’s all about a classic fruit combo to make a fresh new marg variation. Strawberry and kiwi are a pretty natural flavor combo; I mean who didn’t grow up drinking some juice drink with that combo? I like that Rob kept a good lime base so that the cocktail wouldn’t end up too sweet. If you have looked at any of the other cocktail posts on the blog, you know I prefer tart to sweet.     Tequila-Lime Chicken Nachos

    I love nachos!! I’m not sure if its the finger food aspect or what, but there are times I like them more than tacos. This version is a ground chicken version using one of my favorite flavor combos for Mexican food: tequila and lime!!! Rob and I have been making something along these lines for a while, but haven’t really ever made them pretty like this. Historically, we just used those store-bought taco seasoning packs.     Peach-Jalapeno Pork Tenderloin

    Pork Tenderloin can be a little intimidating. This recipe was actually one of the first original recipe experiments I made when trying to restart my blog almost a year ago. It is a very spring/summer recipe so I haven’t posted it to the blog yet. This is a great prep ahead dinner, you can let it marinade for a while and the flavor only gets better. You could make the marinade the night before and then just pull it out to cook or do it in the morning. Either way it accomplishes the goal and all you have to do is stick it on a baking sheet.
