  • 1 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 1 Lemon zested and juiced
  • 1/2 tbsp. fresh dill finely chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Season to taste. Let sit in the fridge for a few hours to allow flavors to blend.
